Last weekend, Eagles Baseball took every age bracket level in which we competed, at the Monroe Summer Sizzler!

Our 10U team won/tied after playing 3 and half hours in the rain/mud the game was finally called. We would have been going into the 8th inning at 8-8.

Registration for the fall basketball season will begin on Sunday, August 24th. Please note that anyone playing another fall season sport should wait for our winter season registration in October.
The Important Dates for the 2008-2009 season are available here or under the basketball links menu. Additional details on the season are provided in the registration flyer here or under the basketball links menu.

The basketball board is now accepting applications for head coaches to represent our Collins Hill basketball teams in the upcoming 2008-2009 Gwinnett Basketball League season. Please submit your application to Curt Lindner via e-mail at bkdirector@chaasports.com.
We will be fielding teams for boys and girls at the 5th, 6th and 7th grade levels. Additionally, we may also field teams at the 8th grade level for a new short season that is being started this year.
The deadline for submitting an application is August 24th.
Many of you have received a brochure or heard about the brick paver program sponsored by CH Football. The site is up and running where we will be able to take credit card payments for the pavers. The CH 8U All Stars keep their winning streak soaring as they took 1st place in the Sharpsburg All Stars Challenge. The Eagles went undefeated throughout the tournament. The bats were alive (more…)
After being crowned Champions in Tri County All Stars, the Eagles decided to see if they have what it takes to play in a State Tournament. The team entered to play in the 2008 ASA Class C State Tournament hosted at Joint Venture Park & Sharon Springs Park, Cumming Georgia from June 28th-29th - and what a showing they delivered! (more…)
The Eagles beat Parkview in 2 final games by run ruling them 14-4 and 21-11 in the championship game. The only loss the Eagles had was in game 3 to Parkview 8-7.
The Pony Eagles will play in a qualifier for the Dixie World Series beginning July 5, in Statham, Georgia.

The 8U Eagles started the All-Star season off playing in the 9th annual South Summer Classic, hosted by the South Gwinnett Athletic Association. The Eagles struggled in the beginning, getting dropped into the loser’s bracket their very first game by the Mill Creek Hawks. However, the Eagles were determined to succeed and fought their way through the losers’ bracket and finished the tournament in 3rd Place (Gold Division). (more…)
