CHAA Registration Information
Welcome to our registration page! We will keep information posted about registration dates and times along with a link so you can register on-line. You will also be able to register as a manager, assistant coach or sponsor using the on-line registration forms.
For on-line registration, we accept VISA /MasterCard credit and debit cards. Personal checks (approved by Telecheck), cash, certified checks, and money orders will be allowed at the “walk-up” location which is presently Collins Hill High School. No checks with a P.O. Box as an address or two-party checks will be accepted. If you choose the “walk-up” method, you will be going through the same process as those that register on-line at home. Remember you will need your child’s uniform sizes, height, weight, and previous experience.
The “walk-up location” at Collins Hill High School is located in the 3000 Building. From Taylor Road facing the school, the entrance is from the parking lot entrance on the left, (the one that continues around to the back of the school nearest the football stadium). Take the stairway closest to the parking lot (located between the 2000-3000 Buildings), enter the building, and continue up the stairway to your left to the second floor. This system provides many benefits for us as an Association.
1. Money is deposited in the bank in 2 to 3 business days. We will have very detailed records regarding the monetary transactions. This process plus check approval via Telecheck virtually eliminates the return check problem that has increased over the years. 2. All data will be available instantly to our sports directors. No longer will they have to get people to key in data from the paper forms (which takes us a week or two).
3. The creation of tryout lists, formation of teams, on-line registration of coaches and volunteers, and the Management of data will now be available to everyone that needs it. All data is secure and only those with a valid name and password will have access.
4. This system allows for an e-mail tree. The Executive Board could send out a broadcast message to all sports groups, a single sport, and/or their coaches or team moms, a single age group within a sport or a Sports Director will be able to send out a cancellation notice if a game or games are rained out minutes after the decision has been made.
