For those players who have not received a required physical examination by a physician for the 2016 Spring Gwinnett Lacrosse League, come to Sports Medicine South on Wednesday, January 20th between 6-7:30pm. Please bring 2016 GLL Physical Examination Form and payment of $20 in either cash or check made out to CHAA. A physical performed for GFL after May 31, 2015 is acceptable for GLL.
