In partnership with Kalonji Soccer Academy, collins hill has a path to promote players who are skilled, embrace the competition, are disciplined to attend training and games, and want to pursue soccer at a higher level. Academy soccer is trained by professional coaches and supported by parents.
Academy requires the following volunteers
Collins Hill Soccer Club is run by volunteer parents. We understand that everyone is busy, however, every family who joins collins hill soccer is required to volunteer at least 5 hours per season.
We do select our coaches carefully and coaches and team managers are required to go through an extensive background check however, every parent will need to contribute towards the improvement of Collins Hill Soccer organization in one aspect or another.
We do provide great benefits to our coaches. If you are looking to volunteer as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach, register here
At Collins Hill Soccer, we provide an academy program for players ages 7 to 11 yrs old. Academy players are considered players who have acquired some level of discipline and independence to not need their parents to tell them to do the basic request. These are players who have developed enough passion that they ask their parents to attend soccer events. Players with advanced skills may be asked to play up in age group depending on the coach and director's assessment.
We encourage every participant to register using our online registration system and on time during the open season. Late registration will only be allowed after approval.
The registration open period is as follows:

Collins Hill re-evaluates its cost every 2 years. The current cost of our academy program is $900 per year (our program runs during the Spring and Fall seasons) regardless of age group. Program fees do not include uniforms.
Collins Hill evaluates its uniform design every 3 years. The current design was implemented in 2021. By Fall 2024, everyone should be expecting to purchase a newer uniform set regardless of when they joined our program.
Academy uniforms are purchased as a set (game and training uniform) from our third-party vendor. Any additional piece desired can be purchased through the online website.
The cost of the uniform set is not included in the program fee. The uniform set is $300 and includes the practice gear and game uniforms (practice gear comes with 1 training shirt, 1 short and 1 pair of socks and the game gear comes with two game shirt, 1 short, and 1 pair of socks)

Every player must bring his/her ball to practice and games every single time. Players must also own a pair of soccer cleats to be worn on grass fields and a pair of regular running shows.

You can choose to pay all the fees in full or follow a payment plan.
For the payment plan, you will be charged $75 per month for 10 months until one month before the end of the season in April.
We do not encourage academy players to register after the season has started, however, we understand that some players may be moving from their current club during a season.
You can still register and pay the commitment, then email us so we adjust the payment to prorate your fees.
Gwinnett county's refund policy for all programs is NO REFUNDS. We are happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis to apply credit for future seasons.
